Description

This American style goulash is Chef Valerie’s favorite comfort dish.  A perfect combination of sauce, macaroni pasta, and ground beef that become a hearty flavor explosion.  It freezes well so grab a few extra, place container in a freezer bag (or other freezer container to give two layers of protection from freezer burn) and visit them when it is no longer on the menu.

Topped with cheddar cheese and cilantro.
