We base our purchases on class size and cancellations affect our small company significantly. It is our policy that if a student cancels 7 days before the session, they will receive a refund, minus any banking fees incurred. Cancellation between 6 and 2 days will receive credit towards another class. Within the 48 hour window there is no refund or credit as time and resources have already incurred for the class by then.
If Art of Cookery cancels due to low enrollment or other reasons (such as illness or weather), the student will receive a full refund.
Our liability policy is that participants must sign a liability release at the start of a session. Class participants must state any food allergies or other challenges that might be affected, at least 5 days prior to the class.
Our student’s privacy is important to us. It is our policy that neither Art of Cookery, nor its principals, shall sell or give away any personal or contact information with expressed written consent.
