Shrimp Scampi Meal Kit. A delicious seafood meal for 2 that is finished in minutes. Two large servings of shrimp scampi with cherry tomatoes, parmesan, garlic, and parsley over spaghetti with a side salad of roasted peppers and corn. All of the prep is done, and some par-cooking has taken place to speed your meal to the table.
We suggest you enjoy a glass of Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc with it. Also, to elevate it even more, fry or poach an egg to serve on top of each plate.
This meal would take at least 1 hour to make from start to end. Because we have done all the prep, you will have a hot, upscale meal on the table in about 15 minutes of light effort. Complete instructions included.
